Repair & Maintenance Services
Gas Turbine Overhaul
Full disassembly of the gas generator and power turbine, cleaning, dimensional and NDT inspection, replacement of life-limited parts, rotor balancing and a full-load test before the unit is returned to service. Every stage is documented in a technical report.
Compressor Restaging & Overhaul
Re-wheeling and restaging of centrifugal gas compressors when field pressure, flow or gas composition has changed. Includes aero re-rate calculation, new impellers and diaphragms, seal and bearing replacement and a mechanical run test.
Hot Section Inspection & Repair
Borescope and hot gas path inspection with repair or replacement of combustor liners, fuel injectors, nozzles, turbine blades and thermal barrier coatings. You receive a repair-or-replace recommendation for each component with the cost of both options.
Genuine Spare Parts
OEM and OEM-approved service parts, rotor kits, dry gas seals, bearings, filters, igniters and consumables. Critical items can be held on a call-off contract so a planned outage is never waiting for a shipment.
Field Service & Commissioning
Installation supervision, alignment, pipework and utility checks, first fire, performance verification and operator handover. Emergency call-out support for unplanned shutdowns and trips.
Upgrades & Retrofits
Control system modernisation, low-emission combustion conversion, filtration and inlet upgrades, efficiency retrofits and obsolescence replacement for turbine, compressor, drive and generator packages.
Condition Monitoring
Vibration, performance and exhaust temperature monitoring with trend analysis, so degradation is caught while it is still a maintenance item rather than a failure. Monthly health reports and alarm review included.
Fleet Assessment
Independent assessment of turbomachinery condition, remaining life and modernisation options across the installed fleet, delivered as a prioritised budget and action plan for the next three to five years.
Technical Training
Operation and maintenance training for plant personnel: control systems, routine servicing, safety procedures, alarm handling and hands-on troubleshooting on your own equipment.

Intervals and durations are indicative. The binding schedule for your unit comes from the OEM maintenance manual and the actual operating profile — fuel quality, number of starts, ambient and inlet conditions, load factor.

Commissioning
